пол., юр., брит. закон "О министерских и других окладах, 1975 г."* (законодательный акт, регулирующий деятельность правительства в Великобритании; ограничивает количество оплачиваемых министерских должностей, но оставляет за правительством право создавать дополнительные неоплачиваемые министерские должности; согласно данному закону, большинство членов кабинета министров должны выбираться из депутатов палаты общин (95 человек); остальные — из палаты лордов)
